When you join My Care Solution, we’ll pair you with a dedicated Client Care Manager who gets to know you. Available around-the-clock, your Client Care Manager will be your central point of contact for all your care needs. From developing your care plan, to hand-selecting your care team, they will ensure your care arrangement continues to meet your needs.

Joining our team isn’t easy. In addition to telephone and face-to-face interviews, we carry out national background checks, certification checks, 2 personal reference checks and 2 professional reference checks. This rigorous screening process sets us apart. It also ensures your care team is highly experienced and of the best quality.
