We know that choosing a Home Care provider is a big decision and we’re so thankful to all of our clients who choose us. That’s why we’re offering all new client sign ups a special gift to say thank you.
From now until 30 June 2025, we’re offering all new clients a $200 EFTPOS card, plus a monthly $50 per month EFTPOS card for 12 months.
It’s important to note that these gifts can be spent on anything you would like, it does not need to be related to your Home Care Package and you do not need to run the purchase by us before you make it. For example you could purchase a new throw blanket, a new toaster, or use the money to go out for dinner.

New Client Sign On Incentive
My Care Solution incentive programs may be reviewed and amended from time to time and do not form a part of a client contract.
My Care Solution reserves the right to change the participation rules, suspend or terminate the Referral Incentive Program at any time.
Eligibility Rules
- New My Care Solution clients who sign on with a Home Care Package (HCP)
- The new client will be required to have an existing Home Care Package. Clients who are still in the process of applying will not be eligible.
Criteria
- The new client will need to have signed their contract with My Care Solution and have started services before the incentive is paid.
Incentive
- The new My Care Solution client will receive a $200 EFTPOS Card plus a $50 EFTPOS Card each month for 12 months.
- The Gift Cards will either be sent via post directly to the client or will be delivered in person to the client.
