My Care Solution has been shortlisted for the Australian Financial Review BOSS Most Innovative Companies Award in the health industries category.
The most comprehensive ranking of innovative companies across Australasia, the Financial Review BOSS Most Innovative Companies list is judged and compiled by BOSS and Australian innovation consultancy Inventium.
The award nomination recognises My Care Solution’s unique model for in-home aged care services.
My Care Solution was established in Adelaide in 2018 by mother-daughter duo Lee and Gabby McBriarty and later joined by former Human Resources Director of Hilton Hotels, Mark McBriarty. The business now has an additional office located on the Fleurieu Peninsula and over 130 care staff.
Their model of home care integrates Mark’s experience in executive roles with Hilton Hotels in the United States and Australia, Lee’s experience as a nurse and Gabby’s experience in aged care management. The end result is an aged care service that ensures a 5-star hospitality in the home experience.
“Our approach to home care stems from our belief that there needs to be a little more hospitality and a little less hospital in the aged care industry,” Mark said.
“We provide a 24-hour concierge level service and personally introduce our clients to their small nurse-led care team. Our clients also have the dedicated support of their own Client Care Coordinator.”

“We are after more than a qualification – we want people on our team who share our vision and the same client-centric values. The recruitment process is rigorous, and training programs are always at hand for them to refine their knowledge and skills.”
