We’ve included all the little things in this 2-hour service. From assistance with your discharge and transport home, all the way through to basic grocery shopping, lunch preparation and change of bed linen, we have you covered.

With no lock-in contracts and no hidden fees, the $95 Hospital to Home Essentials Package is the ideal solution for a safe and supported return home.

$95 Hospital to Home Essentials Package

Delivered by a qualified Caregiver, your Hospital to Home Essentials Package includes the following services:

  • Bedside consultation
  • Discharge assistance
  • Transport home
  • Prescription collection
  • Basic grocery shopping
  • Change of bed linen
  • Preparation of light meal

The package cost of $95.00 includes a total of 2 hours of service and 20 kilometres of transport. Additional hours and kilometres are available to purchase at the standard rate. Clients must be able to transfer in and out of a standard vehicle with assistance from a qualified Caregiver.
