As a My Care Solution client, you will receive dedicated support from your own Client Care Coordinator. Your Coordinator will help you create a plan of care and form a small, nurse-led team of carefully selected caregivers to deliver your home care services.
Your visits will be broken down into three 8-hour visits, covering the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You can expect to see the same trusted caregivers in your home every day because your small care team will work with you on a rotational roster.
With no lock-in contracts or commitments, My Care Solution offers a flexible 24 hour care option that allows you to increase or decrease your support as you see fit.
