Our care staff are carefully selected, directly recruited, professionally trained and completely supported as valued members of the My Care Solution team.

Our recruitment process is rigorous. Our staff undergo a telephone interview, a face-to-face interview, a national background check, a certification check and 4 reference checks prior to recruitment.

We don’t use agency staff to deliver our care, so you can trust that the staff in your care team are trained to the same high standard.

No lock-in contracts, just good care

We understand how hard it can be to find a suitable home care provider.

Unlike other providers, we won’t lock you in to a contract or charge you any joining or exit fees. Plus, our fee structure is completely transparent. You can rest assured that our team will work hard to be a provider that you won’t want to leave.
