Effective governance and leadership are vital to ensure the safety and quality of aged care and positive consumer experiences.

The QC Advisory Body and Consumer Advisory Board serve as advisory entities offering independent insights to My Care Solution management regarding the quality of care extended to clients.

The Governing Body is ultimately responsible for the quality and safety of care. This requires a tailored governance framework covering organizational structure, risk management, compliance, roles and responsibilities, information flow, and decision-making support.
