Taking care of our personal hygiene, such as showering and dressing, is essential to living independently at home. However, as we age, these activities of daily living can become challenging. Because of the sensitive nature of personal care, it might also be difficult to approach family members for help.
My Care Solution caregivers are expertly trained to provide discreet and professional personal care services. We also believe in the importance of a continuous service, particular for services as intimate as personal care. This means your support services will be delivered by a small team of caregivers that you know and trust.
Our relationship-based approach to care and support means you are never rushed through your morning activities. Your care team will work to your regular routines and ensure that home care services are tailored to your needs. Preserving your dignity and privacy through all aspects of personal care is our goal.
Our personal care services can be paid for privately, through your Home Care Package or through your NDIS plan if you are self-managed or plan-managed.

During a home care service, our professional caregivers can provide support with many aspects of personal care including:
