My Care Solution is excited to share the fantastic result that we have achieved compliance in every element of the recent Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission audit with no areas of improvement required.
Very few home care providers receive perfect marks, so we are very proud to have been able to achieve this incredible result.

The audit reviews the quality of services delivered against the Quality Standards, with the process including an onsite quality audit, a quality audit report, and a performance report.
There are eight quality standards which include:
- Consumer dignity and choice
- Ongoing assessment and planning with consumers
- Personal care and clinical care
- Services and supports for daily living
- Organisation’s service environment
- Feedback and complaints
- Human resources
- Organisational governance
These eight standards are then broken down into a total of 42 different sub-sections to ensure all areas of compliance are thoroughly analyzed.
Every provider’s audit results which include what areas improvement need to be made are available for individuals to see when searching for a home care provider on the My Aged Care website.
