In competition against over 700 organisations across Australia and New Zealand, this is an extraordinary achievement for our small family-owned business.
The assessment process for these prestigious awards involves conducting a staff survey and undertaking a written submission which details our practices, programs, and policies. Our scores from these areas is then ranked against the other competitors within our industry, and thus our 10th place ranking is determined.
My Care Solution Executive Director, Mark McBriarty expressed his excitement of this achievement stating,

Our success in these awards owes a lot of thanks to our extensive wellbeing program. It is well-known that working within the aged care industry can be stressful. This stress was at an all-time high throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. To assist in reducing this stress the My Care Solution team made the decision to implement a wellbeing program to show our support and appreciation to our staff.
The program consists of:
- 24/7 on-call support
- Free access to a psychologist for the staff member and their family
- Hundreds of company discounts
- Online wellbeing hub with meditations, sleep sounds, exercises, and wellbeing seminars
- Regular social gatherings to get know your peers, and more.
We could not be where we are today without our fantastic team, so it is extremely important to us that we provide them with the best support we can offer.
